JUDr. Rastislav Smieško - lawyer
Mr. Smieško completed legal education (Master’s degree) in 2000 at the Comenius University in Bratislava and a rigorous procedure (JUDr.) in 2002 at the Comenius University in Bratislava. His own law practice has been active since 2003. As an attorney he is a member of the Slovak Bar Association and he is registered under the number 2033.
He focuses in particular on commercial law and company law, civil law, real estate law, housing law, labour law, family law and in this context also on representation of clients before courts and other authorities. In criminal law Mr. Smieško represents clients - business companies as well as individuals - before courts and other authorities in cases related to damage liabilities and related rights. He provides legal services to foreign clients in English and German language.
